Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

Ridiculously easy and packed with flavor!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5-6 chicken breasts (frozen or fresh)
  • 12 oz. of hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet of Ranch dressing mix


DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken in crockpot.  Sprinkle with Ranch dressing packet.  Add hot sauce and chicken broth.  Cook on high for 5 hours.

Shred chicken and serve on top of lettuce, quinoa, or in a whole wheat wrap!
