INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken sausage
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Peppers
- Cous Cous/quinoa/brown rice
- Salt & pepper
- Hot sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook sausage per package instructions.
- Saute veggies in olive oil on stove.
- Prepare cous cous (or whatever you choose to use) per package instructions.
- Mix it all together.
- Season with spices as you wish.
*Frank's Red Hot sauce is a good addition too!
