Chicken Sausage with Veggies & Cous Cous

This is just as easy AND delicious as it looks!  This has become a staple just never documented it!  You can substitute for any other veggies or meat!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken sausage
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Cous Cous/quinoa/brown rice
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Hot sauce (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  • Cook sausage per package instructions.
  • Saute veggies in olive oil on stove.
  • Prepare cous cous (or whatever you choose to use) per package instructions.
  • Mix it all together.
  • Season with spices as you wish.
*Frank's Red Hot sauce is a good addition too!
