INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I flattened them with a meat mallet since they were thick)
- 1 Cup of hummus of your choice
- Lemon Juice
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Chopped Rosemary
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Smother (and I mean smother) the chicken with hummus on one side
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken
- Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar and Rosemary
- Bake until hummus is golden brown and chicken is cooked through - roughly 30-35 minutes
- Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste
